Why have I gone to Big Mountain CrossFit regularly for the the past 6 years:
1. At BMCF the programming is fantastic. It is well thought out, creative, fun, and works the whole body. The classes are run spot on, always starting and ending on time, which is important for my busy work schedule.
2. The coaches help me in every WOD to move safely and while building my strength.
3. When I walk into the gym I might think, “ohhh, how am I going to do this today” and I always walk out with a smile knowing I gave it my best.
4. I have made many good friends in the gym. We laugh, sing, tell jokes, and chat during the workouts. Best of all, support each other.
5. I can only say thank you to BMCF for being there for me. I plan to do this for many more years. It has helped me to build strong muscles and good cardio fitness. Both of which I need now in my life more than ever.
