I have been doing CrossFit for just shy of 5 years now! During my 5 years of CrossFit I have been pregnant or newly postpartum for most of it. Through my pregnancies I have felt very taken care of with my workouts at Big Mountain CrossFit. With the knowledge and communication between the coaches, my workouts were able to be modified (even if it was changing up my breathing technique) so that I could workout my entire pregnancy. For that I am so grateful for! I never had to wonder what I was doing or if I could do a certain movement. The coaches always knew what to do for me so I could still get an optimal workout! I had 2 very healthy pregnancies with no complications and I thank Big Mountain CrossFit and the coaches for that! Along with my successful pregnancy journey with BMCF there hasn’t been one day where I dreaded going to the gym. The people, camaraderie and the programmed workouts are the “why” I love it!
