I really enjoy working out at BMCF since Heather took over as the owner. It is a place where everybody is welcomed and appreciated. Love all the upgraded and new equipment.
The programming is challenging but the coaches are great with appropriate scaling options and my fitness and appearance have definitely improved. Thanks Heather and all the BMCF coaches!!
